Eric Holder said that we're a nation of cowards. If, instead, he had said we're a nation of fools, he would have said something with some degree of truth. That is, those of us who don't want to develop our own vast resources of oil and natural gas and want to keep us beholden to foreign hostile nations for our oil needs. And vast resources it is.
